UK Nuffield Council opens formal BCI ethics review under AI and quantum lens
The Nuffield Council on Bioethics has appointed sociologist Martyn Pickersgill to chair a new brain-computer interface working group, revisiting its 2013 neurotechnology framework as BCIs converge with AI and quantum computing.
