Velco Dar is the founder of Dargentic Intelligence and the author of NEURAL. He founded and edits InsideBCI, and writes and speaks on the commercial, strategic and governance implications of brain-computer interfaces. He is also co-director of DE Advertising, a 16-year brand activation agency working with FMCG and luxury brands.

NEURAL

Velco Dar is the author of NEURAL: How Brain-Computer Interfaces Will Redefine Commerce and Power (Fast Company Press, 2027), a globally focused book on the commercial and societal future of brain-computer interfaces. Drawing on interviews with leading BCI founders, researchers, ethicists, and artists, the book argues that neural technology will shift value from attention metrics to raw neural intent, making emotion and neural signals quantifiable business assets while elevating trust and neuro-rights into competitive advantages.

Keynote Speaking

His keynote presentations treat BCIs as the next interface for human-machine communication and translate neurotechnology for business audiences. He speaks globally on the strategic implications of the “cognitive supply chain” and how it will fundamentally alter business models across industries.

Dargentic Intelligence

Through Dargentic Intelligence, Velco Dar publishes research for executives on how BCI adoption will reshape consumer engagement, data ethics and competitive positioning. Dargentic publishes the bi-annual Dargentic Intelligence Report. The latest, Issue 02, “Brain-Computer Interfaces: The Infrastructure Race”, was published on 31 October 2026 (Fall 2026); the first issue, “Brain-Computer Interfaces, The Takeoff Era”, was released in Spring 2026.
